I’m Paul Kochubey, the owner of Kochubey Homes LLC, and my journey in the building industry began at the age of 15, working alongside my brother as a specialized sider. Over the years, I honed my skills and passion for craftsmanship while helping him build his business. My experience expanded when I took on a role with a developer in the Seattle area, where I learned the art of project management and the joy of transforming old, discarded homes into beautiful spaces for families to thrive in.

After five years of invaluable experience, I took a leap of faith and started my own business. I’ve had the privilege of working on everything from small additions to large remodels, customizing each project to fit my clients' unique needs. This passion for transformation runs deep in my veins; I even took on the challenge of remodeling the ugliest home on the block for my own family to enjoy.

At Kochubey Homes, we specialize in whole-home renovations, outdoor living spaces, custom kitchens, and additions, all tailored to the lifestyles of our clients in the Lake Tapps area. With nearly two decades of experience, I pride myself on my integrity and work ethic, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard.
